What is Vesia?
Vesia is a free event platform for creating events, sharing a link, and tracking RSVPs. Make an event in a minute, send a private link or list it publicly, and see who’s coming.
Is Vesia free?
Yes. Creating events, collecting RSVPs, and sharing are all free. For paid events there is no commission and no payment middleman: you settle directly with your guests.
Do I need an account to create an event?
No. You can create a private, link-only event without an account. A free account is only needed to list an event publicly so anyone can discover it.
Do my guests need an account to RSVP?
No. Guests can RSVP to a private event with just their name, and the same browser is remembered next time so they’re counted only once.
Can I make a private event?
Yes. New events are private and link-only by default. Nothing is listed or indexed until you choose to make it public, so a private event stays shareable but unsearchable.
How do payments work?
Payments are off-platform. The host adds their own payment link or instructions, guests pay directly, and the host confirms. Vesia never processes payments or sees card details.
Can I create a recurring event?
Yes. With a free account you can repeat an event weekly as a series, with per-session RSVPs, attendee lists, and calendar links for each occurrence.
How is Vesia different from other event tools?
Vesia is deliberately calm and privacy-first: events are private by default, there are no fees on what you earn, no ads or tracking, and it works in five languages.
